Consent to personal data processing

The applicant declares that he has read the Information on Personal Data Processing in detail - downloadable at - www.stadler-foundation.ch, and hereby grants the Stadler-Trier Fund explicit consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU). ) 2016/679, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) and Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws specified in the application and the attached documents for the purpose of processing the application for a foundation contribution and inclusion in the database of applications. Hereby, declare that consent is given voluntarily. This consent is granted by the applicant for a period of 10 years from the date of its granting.

The applicant agrees that the Stadler-Trier Foundation should obtain a copy of the document by which the applicant proves his / her identity (ID card, passport, permanent residence card, etc.).

The applicant has the right to information, to extract and correct his personal data kept by the Stadler-Trier Foundation. The applicant has the right to revoke the consent at any time in accordance with the conditions of personal data processing, as evidenced by a declaration of acquaintance with the conditions of personal data processing.

The applicant further agrees that in the case of a grant from the Stadler-Trier Foundation, his personal data (in the range of first name, amount of the grant and for what purpose it was provided) may be listed on the website of the Stadler-Trier Foundation, on social networks and publications of the Stadler-Trier Foundation, or to this extent handed over to the donor who contributed to the programs for the provision of grant contributions to the Stadler-Trier Foundation:

Bibliothèque Jan Stadler

La bibliothèque de la Fondation Stadler-Trier a été créée à Prague grâce au legs de son fondateur Jan Stadler. Elle dispose des publications et des enregistrements musicaux que Jan Stadler a collectés au cours de sa vie. Il s'agit notamment de la littérature musicologique et philosophique, des partitions et des enregistrements de musique sur divers supports (CD, DVD, vinyls). Ils sont stockés au siège de la Fondation, dans le palais Hrzán, rue Celetná.

La création de la future petite bibliothèque publique a d‘abord requis une série de tâches administratives nécessaires à son établissement officiel. En même temps, le mobilier de bibliothèque de qualité a été acheté et un logiciel de bibliothèque approprié a été installé.  Le catalogage de la collection a ensuite été lancé avec le programme de catalogage électronique Verbis. Par la suite, les documents seront également fournis au Catalogue complet de la République tchèque et seront ainsi accessibles au grand public.

Une fois qu'une partie raisonnable de la collection aura été enregistrée, la bibliothèque Jan Stadler commencera à fonctionner comme une bibliothèque publique avec une collection spécialisée et la possibilité de faire des recherche directement dans le palais Hrzán.
